What Accommodation Can I Expect?
Because our trip organisers, Wendy and Vincent, live in Provence all year round, we have been able to use their local on-the-ground knowledge and experience to check out and access the best accommodation in the region to suit your needs and make your trip as memorable and as enjoyable as possible. We know how important it is after a pleasant day’s riding through the beautiful Provencal countryside to round it off at night with a relaxing meal and a restful night’s sleep in one of our quality hotels. Our trips offer you the choice of either quality two-star family accommodation or superior/luxury four-star accommodation in traditional Provencal and modern hotels. All our accommodation is based on twin-share/double rooms; single rooms are also available at a supplement.
Standard (Two-Star) Option
Our standard trips offer our clients quality family-style two-star accommodation in traditional Provencal hotels. All our hotels are located in the centre of town (Avignon, St Remy, Arles, L’Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue, Sault, Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange and Chateauneuf-du-Pape) with easy access to a wide range of bars, restaurants, eateries, shops, services, and sights and attractions.
All our hotels are tastefully furnished and appointed, spacious (by French standards), air-conditioned, and with all the necessary extras such as colour TV, telephone, individual toilet and shower (and sometimes a bath as well) and a breakfast room. All of our hotels have English-speaking staff on reception. There will be an appropriately secured place where bikes can be safely stored overnight.
Some of these hotels also have outdoor swimming pools, internet access, a landscaped garden area and a nice bar where you can socialise after dinner. Breakfasts consist of a buffet breakfast with coffee, tea, cereals, pastries, cheese, jams, fruits, yoghurts, orange juice, toast and sometimes hot foods - bacon, eggs and sausages.

Luxury (Three-Four-Star) Option
If you’re looking to add a little class to your trip then our luxury trips offer our client’s superior/luxury three-four star accommodation in both traditional and modern Provencal hotels. All our hotels are located in the centre of town (Avignon, St Remy, Arles, L’Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue, Gordes, Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange and Chateauneuf-du-Pape) with easy access to a wide range of bars, restaurants, eateries, shops, services, and sights and attractions.
These hotels are all very tastefully furnished and appointed with extra attention to detail given to the superior quality of the furnishings and room decor and decorations. They are very spacious (by French standards), air-conditioned, and with all the necessary extras such as colour TV (satellite), mini-bar, telephone, WIFI Wireless Internet Access usually within the rooms themselves, individual toilet and shower (and usually a bath as well), hair-dryer, room service as well as a restaurant/breakfast room.
