Reserve a Trip

This form is for making reservations for trips, bike hire, wine tours and optional extras such as guided rides and guided sightseeing excursions.

You will not be charged until a place has been confirmed. Deposits are required for trips, bike hire and wine tours. Guided riding and sightseeing excursions must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Once you have paid your deposit you will be issued with an acknowledgement receipt and reference number. Final payments must be made 45 days prior to the commencement of your trip. Trips and any other services reserved less than 45 days prior to commencement must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Luxury trip deposits are USD* $892, all other trips are USD* $446, and other deposits are as indicated below. Guided Riding and Sightseeing Excursions

Please select the number of people on your excursion from the relevant lists below. Please note that the maximum number for guided rides is 6 persons and for guided sightseeing excursions is 4 persons. Special arrangements can be negotiated for sightseeing groups of more than 4 persons.
